Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Moonstone Hollow website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Moonstone Hollow is operated in the United Kingdom.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure all products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.

Please note:

  • Crystals and natural materials may contain inclusions, variations, or natural markings. These are not faults.

  • Colour may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

  • Measurements and weights are approximate unless stated otherwise.

All individually photographed items are the exact piece you will receive.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

4. Order Acceptance

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to stock discrepancies

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Adequately packaged

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

  • If goods are faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable under UK law.

Please contact us within 30 days if you believe an item is faulty.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Used ritual tools

  • Opened oils, herbs, or cleansing products

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

8. Spiritual Disclaimer

All ritual tools, spell kits, and crystals are sold as spiritual or decorative items.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or effects from their use.

9. Liability

Moonstone Hollow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss resulting from misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions to herbs, oils, or incense

Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with instructions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
