At Moonstone Hollow, each order is carefully packed and prepared with intention.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During launches or limited drops, processing times may be slightly extended.


UK Shipping

We ship via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service.

Shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Tracked 48

  • Tracked 24

  • Special Delivery (if selected)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.


International Shipping

(Include this only if you plan to ship internationally.)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs charges

  • Import duties

  • Taxes applied by their country

Moonstone Hollow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at checkout.

Moonstone Hollow is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist in raising a claim with the courier.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
