How long does shipping take?

Do I need to cleanse my crystal when it arrives?
We ritually prepare pieces before they leave us, but you’re always welcome to cleanse or dedicate it in your own way.
How do you choose your crystals?
Every piece is consciously curated and hand-selected. We don’t bulk scoop or send random items — we choose stones based on quality, energy, structure and intention.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
We work with trusted suppliers and prioritise mindful, transparent sourcing wherever possible. If we know the origin, we’ll always share it.
Will this crystal fix my life?
No crystal replaces personal responsibility, therapy, medicine, or action. We see crystals as tools — supportive, symbolic and intentional — not miracle cures.

How do I use my crystal?
You can carry it, meditate with it, place it in your space, or incorporate it into ritual. We often share usage ideas on our socials.
What if I don’t feel anything from my crystal?
That’s completely normal. Not everyone experiences crystals in a physical or emotional way — and you don’t need to “feel” something for it to have meaning. Crystals are tools for intention and reflection, not instant sensations. Sometimes the connection builds over time, and sometimes the power is simply in what the stone represents to you.
What is included in a ritual kit?
Each kit contains intentionally selected tools designed to support a specific theme (for example: grounding, protection, clarity, self-connection). You’ll receive the exact contents listed in the product description.
Do I need experience to use a ritual kit?
Not at all. Our kits are beginner-friendly and designed to guide you gently. Ritual doesn’t need to be complicated — it’s about intention, not perfection.
What if I don’t “feel” anything during the ritual?

Are your ritual kits culturally specific?
Our kits are created with mindfulness and respect. We avoid closed cultural practices and focus on accessible, intention-based rituals that anyone can adapt to their own beliefs.
Are the crystals in the kit randomly chosen?
No. We intentionally curate each kit to align with its theme. If a piece varies slightly in shape or tone, it will still match the energetic focus of the kit.
What if I make a mistake during the ritual?
There’s no “wrong” way to perform a ritual. If your intention is clear, that’s enough.
