Returns & Refunds

At Moonstone Hollow, each piece is individually selected and photographed to ensure clarity and transparency before purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at moonstonehollowuk@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded. Upgraded shipping options are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used ritual tools

  • Opened oils, herbs, or cleansing products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalised spell kits

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)


Natural Variations

Please note that crystals and natural materials may contain inclusions, variations, or natural markings. These are not faults but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Colour may vary slightly depending on screen settings.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • Any damage visible

We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
